Driving Instructions to Little Yacht Sales-Pier 6/7

- From I-45 South, exit 518.
- At the light, take a left under the freeway.
- Go about 4 miles (there will be a t road intersection. 518 veers to the right, but just continue straight
and you will have merged onto FM 2094).
- Continue on FM 2094, also called Marina Bay Drive do not follow the road to the right, go straight .
- Keep going past (the Randall's Supermarket to your right and a large high-rise hotel to your left,
called South Shore Harbour.The road is also a boulevard now and the street signs
are in the median).
- Continue to the 3rd light.
- Look for Admiralty Way Sign in the Median.
- Take a left on Admiralty Way.
- Take the first left at our sign..
- Go to the end of the drive, turn right in the parking lot .
- The grey building on the right is Consolidated Marine Not us .
- Look to the left and Park in front our Parking signs
- Take the Walkway to right past our brokerage pier .
- Walk to Pier 6/7, Little Yacht Sales.

Pier 6/7 Waterford Harbor, 800 Mariners Drive, Kemah, TX 77565 (Josh Johnson at Little Yacht Sales). As you are walking from you car, peer at our Brokerage Docks on Pier 5, just before getting to Pier 6/7.
