ESTATE SALE.

The listing broker had this boat custom built for a discerning owner last fall. Unfortunately a death has occured and the boat now has to be sold. The boat has less than 10 hours on her. The boat's options were thought out very carefully and she is perfectly outfitted to go cruising tomorrow or be a wonderful dockside show piece. She has a wonderful set of options from:
12 volt refrigeration
Factory Marine Air Conditioning
Full instruments including Chartplotter and Autopilot
Electric Windlass and more.

In addition the Listing Agent has photographs of the boat from every stage in construction.
At the realistic asking price she is $58K below the retail replacement value. In fact the current base price of a PS31 is $234K. Plus the Pacific Seacraft Factory will transfer the 10 year hull warranty to the new owner as a good will gesture.
If you want the best small cruising boat money can buy, Please call or email for the full details on this unique opportunity.
Read more about the boat from the factory brochure below.

From The Brochure.....The Pacific Seacraft 31 proudly continues a distinguished legacy. Her uncompromised construction inspires the confidence that can make dreams come true. Her superb design, outstanding accommodations and seakindly disposition ensure that every voyage - whether to a distant port or a weekend's getaway - will fulfill that special dream.

The Pacific Seacraft 31 was born of the same wisdom that conceived the immensely successful Crealock 37 and 34. The 31's hull configuration, rig and underbody are very similar to her two forebears, yet she boasts a proportionately broader beam and longer waterline. The result is outstanding speed, comfortable motion, and superb ease of handling.

The interior of the Pacific Seacraft 31 is a product of Joseph Artese Design, and marks an entirely new and refreshing departure from earlier cruising interiors. Artese is a specialist in innovative yacht interiors, having received much acclaim for his work in the 72' ketch Victoria and the 90' sloop Whitefin. Artese has applied his unique experience to the Pacific Seacraft 31, developing an interior that is fresh, contemporary and versatile. (NOTE MAIN IMAGE SHOT IS A BROCHURE SHOT)
